Holiday Champagne Orange-Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 1 bone-in ham shank
- whole cloves
- 3/4 bottle Champagne
- 24 oz orange juice concentrate
- 5 C brown sugar
- ground cloves to taste
Instructions
- Score outside of ham into squares; insert whole clove into each square.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together to make glaze.
- Place ham in oven baking bag. Pour glaze over ham in bag. Seal bag and let sit overnight. Seal bag and let sit overnight, or longer if possible
- Bake at 325 degrees for 3.5 to 4 hours, or until ham’s internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Carve ham and reserve drippings to pour over carved ham.
