NOTE: You can substitute the lettuce with spinach or salad greens. You can use your favorite veggies like tomato, sweet bell peppers, avocado, zucchini, summer squash, sliced radishes. Try fresh, sweet, uncooked, corn cut off the cob (it’s delicious).
