I call these my Gringo Carnitas, for those that are not able to eat some of the hotter varieties. When you make this, everyone can eat it (even the kids) ... and those that like "hot" can add either peppers or sauce to brighten up their taste buds. Pork shoulder is perfect for this dish, however, you could use beef or chicken just as easily.

Ingredients
2lbspork shouldercut into 1” cubes
20ozfrozen French style green beans – or the same amount of freshsliced
1medium oniondiced
1small canpimientoschopped
4-6clovesgarliccrushed
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place green beans in Crock-Pot with onion, pimiento, salt & pepper; add the cubed pork. Cover & cook on Low for 7-9 hours.
