The Windsor Farmers Market opened with seasonal produce, farm to plate dinners, fun food for kids, and the Bell Brothers, a Country Western Band.
Ortiz Farm , Neufeld Farm , Hectors Honey and Russian River Valley Produce were a few of the farmers that showcased the best local season fruits and veggies. Breads, desserts, and great dinners from Sonoma County Chef’s using local fresh produce from Certified Growers for their market menus.
The market’s “Sit-A-Spell Cafe” was extremely popular for those who wished to dine in the market and watch the action of local chefs shopping the market and presenting their farm to plate food Al Fresco Style.
More fun is planned for next Thursday as a second Dine In Cafe will be set up next to Santa Rosa Seafood . This is a show not to miss. Calemari and Lobster Dinners
for $13. Or you can choose neighboring Charlie’s BBQ “Big Boy Special” for $13 that will feed a family of four.
