From Diana Shaw (Essential Vegetarian) ... "This salad is not the product of inspiration as much as total confusion. I can't shop rationally in the summertime, when I love everything in stock. So I buy it all and deal with the consequences back in the kitchen."
I guess Diana loves Farmers Markets as much as we do!!!
