If you like tacos ... you will like these seeds!!! You might want to double the recipe - they can be addictive!!!
1 C. pumpkin seeds from a fresh pumpkin, washed and dried
2 T. veggie oil
1 or 2 T. taco seasoning
1/2 t. garlic salt
In a small skillet saute the seeds in oil for 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Using a slotted spoon, remove seeds to a bowl; sprinkle with seasonings; stir well to coat. Pour onto a 15” x 10” ungreased baking sheet, in a single layer.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Remove to paper towels to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
