Place a fresh as possible portabella mushroom upside down on a pie tin.
Pour 1 tbsp Garlic Classic Dippling Oil into the webbing of the mushroom. Place a slice of tomato and your favorite cheese on top. I like Sharp White Cheddar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Season to taste.
