These green beans are incredible ... who knew that cranberries and Caesar dressing could do such wonders to green beans! My family really enjoys green beans ... so we eat a lot of them! This is a must-try! Serve these wherever you would normally serve green beans.
2 C water
3 C green beans (3/4 pound)
1/4 C Caesar dressing (bottled or home made)
2 T. dried cranberries
Heat water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add beans. Heat to boiling. Boil uncovered 5 minutes. Cover and boil 2 to 5 minutes longer or until crisp-tender; drain. Toss with dressing.
Place beans in serving bowl. Sprinkle with cranberries.
