Making smoothies is as easy as making your peanut butter sandwich, you can use any fruits or vegetables. Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender or Vita-Mix and puree with a handful of ice, yogurt, milk, soy milk or sorbet of your choice.
Glenda Castelli suggested using watermelon, honeydew or cantaloupe. They all sound wonderful to me!

2 C. medium-diced seasonal stone-fruit like peaches, nectarines, apricot, plum
2 C. seasonal berries like blueberries, strawberry, raspberry
1 C. carrot, beet, cucumber and avocado, medium-diced
2 C. more, or less of ice cubes
1/4 C. yogurt or milk
Blend in a blender or a Vita-Mix, until the ice breaks down, or turns slushy. Drink immediately, or put in refrigerator.
