1 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 C. Rice Wine Vinegar (or white balsamic)
1 T. Sweetener of choice: agave, honey, Splenda, sugar
1 T. Sonoma Spice Company Dill-icious For Fishes spice blend
salt and pepper to taste
toasted slivered almonds or peanuts – Optional
Combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid. Shake well, taste and adjust seasonings.
Variation #1: Add a pinch of cayenne or sambal paste for a spicy kick.
Lightly dress and toss with your most colorful cole slaw combo: fine shr4edded red and green cabbage, broccoli stems, carrots, red bell pepper, julienne snow peas, jicima, radishes, or whatever vegetables are at peak season and suited for cole slaw.
