If you haven't tried baked kale you are truly missing a wonderful experience. If you like popcorn and potato chips, and all those things that we shouldn't eat as much of ... try this trick for a great munchie!
One bunch of Kale
Wash, shake dry and cut off the stems. Slice across the leaves, making wide shreds. Spray “Pam” on a foil-lined sheet tray. Spread the Kale out evenly on the sheet tray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15/20 minutes.
Stir twice curing the cooking. Cook chewy-crisp – or crisp (to your liking).
Can use salt, Parmesan Cheese, garlic salt, crushed red pepper flakes, etc. after removing from the oven. ENJOY!!!
